Sustainable design company Tricycle® celebrates its fifth anniversary of incorporation this month. The company launched a transformation of the interiors industry in 2002, with digital product simulation that eliminates wasted time, money and natural resources in the carpet industry. Today, the company's services dematerialize design and manufacturing for architects, interior designers, and manufacturers not only of carpet but also wallcovering and fabric. Tricycle's environmental leadership was most recently honored with the announcement of a Governor's Environmental Stewardship Award from Tennessee Governor Phil Bredesen, honoring Tricycle for its innovative leadership in pollution prevention. Earlier this year, Tricycle was also honored with design awards from the Type Director's Club and AIGA Ten Show; the company's anthology of sustainability, REVERB, was called one of the top 100 designs of 2006 by Step Inside Design magazine and selected as a winner in Print magazine's A+C=D Business Graphics Review.
