Jonathan Bragdon, President
Instrumental in both startup and corporate entities, Bragdon’s experience includes brand development and management, technical and international sales and merchandising, strategic process planning and business development for the manufacturers of interiors products and packaged goods. He holds a MBA from Vanderbilt University and has served on the board of several startups as well as the Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce. Currently on the boards of the Southeast AeA and the Chattanooga Technology Council, he helped found the Capital Connection and has twice served as judge in the Kruesi Innovation Awards.
Andy Shipman, Chief Technical Officer
After graduating from Leeds University (UK) with a BSc degree in Mathematical and Computational Science, Shipman in 1997 facilitated a ground-up redesign of Apso carpet design software, away from the Commodore Amiga platform and onto Windows. The resulting suite of software went on to dominate the UK textile market and form the foundation for current Tricycle technologies. Now overseeing Tricycle's technical teams on both sides of the Atlantic, he is responsible for tech development and online services.
Michael Hendrix, Chief Brand Officer
An art/design director since 1994, Hendrix's art direction and design has merited awards from the One Show, NY Type Directors Club, AIGA, American Advertising Federation, International Interior Design Association, Broadcast Design Association, and publications including Communications Arts, Print, HOW, and Step Inside Design. Hendrix holds a BFA from the University of Tennessee and attended the 2004 AIGA/Harvard Business School Program Business for Design Leaders. He serves on the board of the Chattanooga chapter of AIGA and is an adjunct professor at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
Richard Waters, Chief Financial Officer
With a proven track record in operations and financial management, Waters came to Tricycle from risk management company, AGA, Inc., where he served as Chief Financial Officer. His experience includes corporate finance and business planning, quality leadership and personnel training and development. He holds an MBA concentrated in Finance from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Waters is responsible for Tricycle’s global financial planning, reporting and performance.
